MUTA is operated as the utility token of the MUTERRA ecosystem on BNB Smart Chain.
The current transparency and security model includes:
fixed max supply of 42,000,000 MUTA
quarterly treasury release mechanics
2-of-3 multisig control for owner-level contract actions
public proxy and implementation contracts
Safe-controlled treasury and reserve infrastructure
labeled operational and reserve wallets
documented burn exemption policy
vesting infrastructure for long-term contributor, team and partner rewards
public claim dashboard for vested MUTA
GitHub repositories with scripts, tests and deployment notes
public contract update history
liquidity lock visibility
Owner-level actions are controlled by the MUTA Admin Safe, a 2-of-3 multisig wallet. This includes contract upgrades, treasury address updates, pause/unpause actions and burn-exemption management.
Ownership has not been renounced yet because MUTA is part of a long-term game, IP and creator ecosystem, not a short-cycle token launch.
BNB Smart Chain is the current base layer for MUTA, but blockchain infrastructure changes quickly. Over the lifetime of MUTERRA, the project may need to support larger treasury infrastructure, cross-chain expansion, bridge integrations, future game systems, migration paths, dedicated ecosystem infrastructure or even a future chain/appchain model if scale requires it.
For that reason, owner-level controls remain available, but they are no longer controlled by a single wallet. They are controlled by the MUTA Admin Safe, a 2-of-3 multisig wallet.
This does not change the fixed max supply, the quarterly unlock policy or the public contract history. The purpose is to preserve long-term technical flexibility while reducing single-wallet risk.
When MUTERRA reaches a mature stage where the token architecture no longer needs owner-level changes, the remaining administrative controls are intended to be permanently closed or renounced.
The purpose of this model is simple: make MUTA easier to understand, easier to verify and safer to operate as the utility token of MUTERRA.
