1) Core Task #
Objective: create a character icon (main avatar) or a character skin for MUTERRA.
“Create” means:
- invent a completely new character, or
- take our existing ideas and reinterpret / expand them while preserving uniqueness and lore consistency.

2) What You Can Create (3 Task Types) #
- Character before the crash — a visually strong, meaningful moment from the character’s past.
- Character skin after the crash — the character on planet MUTERRA, considering setting and weapons.
- Supporting visuals for the Ship’s Log — lore-related illustrations and visual records.

Rule: everything must comply with the lore.
If the character is post-crash: the background must be appropriate and intentionally ambiguous, without recognizable Earth-like vegetation or atmosphere.

5) Mission & Philosophy (Mandatory) #
MUTERRA is a world created to explore how humans change under environmental pressure and personal decisions, including their dark side.
Our mission is not merely to document personal transformation in a world where familiar laws, culture, and social structures collapse, but to make the human shadow visible: fear, cruelty, dominance, avoidance of responsibility. We do not treat the shadow as deviation, but as a natural part of human nature that becomes especially active in survival conditions. MUTERRA characters are neither heroes nor villains — they are outcomes of environment, choice, and consequence, expressed through adaptation, mutation, technological augmentation, and social alliances. The philosophy of the project is preparation, not justification: the player confronts their shadow consciously and in advance, by choice, not suddenly in moments of fear, scarcity, or violence. The world does not judge or guide — it records. A character is not a role, but the result of lived decisions.
Please consider this mission carefully: who the character is (as shown visually) matters critically.
6) Expected Impact #
The icon must match the lore and setting.
Characters and skins are illustrated in two states:
- before the crash,
- after the crash on planet MUTERRA.
Your image should be visually powerful and surprising for an adult audience.
Based on this portrait, a 3D in-game model will be created.

10) Tools #
Allowed:
- AI image generation
- manual refinement and retouching to reach final quality
Requirement: the final image must appear flawless, with no visible AI artifacts.
11) What to Draw (Icons & Skins) #
We expect:
- high desire to own the NFT
- the ability to combine character attributes, show personality, and convey story in a single image
The image should evoke attraction (non-explicit, unexplainable), admiration, aspiration, or envy — never indifference.
12) Character Depth (Recommended to Convey) #
Through the image, try to express:
- archetype
- appearance and age
- personality
- friends, family, personal life
- social and professional status
- secrets
- motivation and goals
- strengths and weaknesses
- worldview
- speech traits
- character arc / path

13) “Before” and “After” (Clear Distinction) #
Before the crash: show the character’s uniqueness through a meaningful moment from their past.

14) Visual Quality Requirements #
Key rule: absolute quality.
No visible signs of AI generation.
Final self-check: Could this image realistically be sold for $1,000,000?
Focus on:
- beautiful or charismatic humanoids
- clothing, accessories, and marks that reflect personality and situation
- cinematic backgrounds that suggest story and future action
- strong contrast and unified style
- cinematic composition (angle, framing, focus)
- no defects (hands, fingers, distortions, object logic errors)
15) Image Specifications #
Resolution: 1500 × 2000 px (no visible quality loss). But better 3000×4000 px.
Keep important details centered vertically — the image will be cropped into smaller head icons and must remain readable.
16) Target Audience #
Target audience details:
Core audience: men aged 30–45, high workload, interested in crypto and blockchain, cinema-savvy. Primary focus — Europe and North America, with openness to women and Asian-style fans.
17) Content Restrictions (18+) #
The game targets 18+ due to blockchain mechanics and audience profile.
Content must comply with App Store and Google Play rules, with regional adjustments when required.

18) Weapons (Post-Crash) #
There were no weapons on the ship.
Magic does not exist in the MUTERRA universe.
This is a distant future with advanced technology.
Weapons (when shown) should mostly be projectile-based (≈90%), following ballistic trajectories.
19) Final Reminder #
Your character must be unique, charismatic, lore-consistent, and aligned with adult aesthetics, creating a strong desire to own, relate to, or emotionally connect with the character.
