A digital Founder asset — not a share in MUTERRA.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Before you pay, this should be simple enough to explain without a lawyer beside you.

When you purchase an eligible RAOLAX passenger Ticket, you receive the specific RAOLAX Ticket NFT assigned through the sale process. That NFT represents a finite Founder/passenger position with the class, metadata, history and holder benefits defined for that Ticket and the programmes in which it is eligible.

Depending on class and current programme rules, those benefits can include **Ticket Weight, MUTA distributions, Founder NFT Drops, Weighted Draws, Early Access, contribution opportunities, influence mechanisms, metadata-based Ship Events and Founder Registry history.**

You are **not** buying shares in MUTERRA, ownership of the company, a guaranteed financial return, a guaranteed resale market or unrestricted ownership of MUTERRA intellectual property.

You are buying the Ticket and the rights and utilities attached to that Ticket under the applicable rules.**

RAOLAX uses digital ownership so the holder position is connected to the Ticket rather than only to a conventional website account.

Where a benefit is defined as a current-holder benefit, the eligible wallet holding the Ticket at the relevant snapshot or event is the position the system recognises.

That means the Ticket can carry operational rights across transfers under the applicable transfer rules.

It also means wallet security matters. Losing control of a wallet can create consequences that MUTERRA may not be able to reverse.

The Founder architecture is designed around a maximum of **1,000 RAOLAX Tickets**.

MUTERRA can create other products, NFTs, characters, assets, access programmes and future campaigns. Those future products do not need to pretend to be RAOLAX Tickets.

The point of the finite supply is not that MUTERRA will never create anything valuable again.

It is that **RAOLAX origin cannot be reissued as another batch of RAOLAX origin later.**

This is the historical layer the Ticket is intended to preserve.

Beyond it: future MUTERRA assets shown as different shapes/categories, never as “another 1,000 RAOLAX”.

Cryo, Regular, Crew, First Class, VIP Cabin and Bridge do not exist merely to put six prices on the same NFT.

Passenger classes have different Founder Weight, Drop access, priority and journey experience. Crew is earned rather than sold. Bridge is a governance role and is not itself a passenger Ticket; a Bridge member who is to travel as a passenger also needs a passenger Ticket under the final Bridge/passenger rules.

The current class comparison is the source of truth for the commercial differences between Ticket classes.

Ticket Weight is used only by programmes that explicitly say they use Ticket Weight.

The current Founder ladder is:

CRYO — 1× after applicable Awakening rules

REGULAR — 1×

CREW — 5×

FIRST CLASS — 10×

VIP CABIN — 30×

BRIDGE — 100× governance/Founder position where the applicable programme permits it

Weight can affect proportional allocations or number of entries in systems such as selected MUTA distributions or Weighted Draws.

It does not mean guaranteed profit, guaranteed token value or 100 identical copies of every asset.

Eligible Tickets can participate in Founder NFT Drops according to class, Degree and the rules of the specific Drop.

A Drop can contain characters, skins, artefacts, companions, cinematic assets or other approved digital assets. Not every MUTERRA NFT has to be a Founder Drop. Not every Drop has to distribute assets identically.

Degree 1, 2, 3 defines Founder Drop access. It is separate from S / A / B / C / D asset Tier and separate from Ticket Weight.

Selected Founder cycles can distribute MUTA to eligible Ticket holders according to the published cycle rules, snapshots, pools, Weight and vesting/claim mechanics where applicable.

Early cycles are designed to carry greater relative significance because capital and contribution arrive when the project is smaller and uncertainty is higher.

That does not make a Ticket an interest-bearing account.

MUTERRA does not guarantee a fixed MUTA amount forever, a fixed fiat value, a fixed annual yield or a future market price for MUTA.

Eligible classes can receive earlier or stronger access to selected assets, sales, tests, events, tasks, competitions, releases or other programmes.

Each programme defines what priority means for that event.

A Ticket does not create an automatic contractual right to be first into every product MUTERRA ever launches.

RAOLAX Tickets are designed to carry more than class and serial number.

Cabin, deck, sector, profession/theme, group information, events, Drops, participation and other approved metadata can create differences between Tickets over time.

Some Ship Events can use that metadata to determine eligibility or story outcomes. Some events may distribute rewards. Others may only add history, unlock content or change a record.

Not every random event is a financial event.

Selected Founders, Council members and contributors may inspire future MUTERRA characters, skins or world details.

A profession, temperament, decision, contribution or personal story can become creative material for someone who later exists inside the game or cinematic universe. Sometimes the connection may be subtle enough that the person recognises it before anybody explicitly tells them.

This is a creative possibility and one of the ways MUTERRA can remember its early people.

It is **not** a guaranteed commissioned likeness, guaranteed character ownership or automatic transfer of IP rights.

For transferable passenger Tickets, operational holder benefits are intended to follow the eligible current holder under the applicable programme rules.

If you sell or transfer the Ticket, you should expect future current-holder benefits to move with it unless a specific programme states otherwise.

Historical provenance can remain. The Registry can still record that you were an earlier or original holder even after you no longer control the Ticket.

Bridge succession follows additional rules because a governance seat cannot simply be transferred to any wallet as though it were an ordinary passenger Ticket.

A Ticket holder owns or controls the digital asset under the applicable technical and legal rules.

That does not automatically transfer copyright, trademarks, character rights, story rights, source code, film rights or ownership of MUTERRA itself.

Specific assets can carry specific licences. Those licences must be stated separately.

The default assumption should never be “I own an NFT, therefore I own the underlying MUTERRA character or IP.”

The term Founder in Founder Pass describes the early MUTERRA/RAOLAX layer and its associated history and benefits.

It does not mean the Ticket holder automatically becomes a shareholder, director, employee, partner or creditor of a MUTERRA company.

Bridge governance also does not automatically create company equity. Its delegated influence is defined by the Council rules.

MUTERRA is being designed for a long operating horizon. Game systems, technical infrastructure, distribution mechanics, platforms and regulatory requirements can change.

That means some utilities and implementation details may evolve.

But “evolving utility” should not become permission to silently erase the core proposition whenever convenient.

The correct model is:

CURRENT PROGRAMME RULES

Each live programme publishes the mechanics that apply to it.

CHANGE HISTORY

Material changes should be documented where practical.

LEGAL / TECHNICAL NECESSITY

A programme may need modification where law, platform rules, security or technical feasibility requires it.

A Ticket may become more valuable, less valuable or impossible to resell at a price you consider acceptable.

MUTA can rise or fall. NFT markets can change. Demand can disappear. Regulations can affect access or transfer. The project itself can fail.

MUTERRA can build product, utility, scarcity rules, history and ownership infrastructure.

It cannot honestly guarantee what another buyer will pay later.

Joining the booking queue is free and does not require payment.

When your sales wave opens, you receive the purchase route available to your wave and can see which Ticket classes remain available.

Only then do you decide whether to buy.

Once a completed Ticket purchase is accepted and delivered under the final sale terms, **the commercial design is that the purchase is final and there is no voluntary refund simply because the buyer changes their mind.**

This refund position must be reviewed and expressed in the final legal terms according to the buyer’s jurisdiction and any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The final purchase flow should show the buyer:

1 — PAYMENT CONFIRMED

The purchase is recorded.

2 — TICKET ASSIGNED / DELIVERED

The applicable RAOLAX Ticket NFT is delivered according to the scheduled distribution process.

3 — WALLET / ACCOUNT LINKED

The holder can connect the wallet to MUTERRA’s holder interface when available.

4 — TICKET RECORD VISIBLE

Class, metadata, eligibility and relevant history become visible in the appropriate interface/registry.

5 — PROGRAMMES OPEN OVER TIME

MUTA cycles, Founder Drops, Draws, access programmes and Ship Events follow their own schedules and rules.

Clearly mark QUEUE as NO PAYMENT / NO OBLIGATION.

A RAOLAX Ticket does not, by itself, guarantee:

— company shares or equity;

— repayment of your purchase price;

— interest or fixed yield;

— appreciation of the Ticket;

— appreciation of MUTA;

— guaranteed liquidity or a buyer later;

— every future NFT;

— every future MUTERRA benefit;

— unrestricted MUTERRA IP rights;

— a guaranteed character based on you;

— a guaranteed release date for every product feature;

— immunity from game, market, technical, regulatory or project risk.

If your reason for purchasing depends on one of those assumptions, **do not purchase until the relevant rule explicitly supports it.**

That Ticket can carry class-specific Founder Weight, eligible MUTA distributions, Founder NFT Drops, Weighted Draws, priority/access, metadata, Ship Events, Registry history and other current-holder utilities defined by the applicable programmes.

The Ticket is designed to remain part of MUTERRA’s Founder history beyond the current campaign.

You are not buying a guaranteed return, company equity or the MUTERRA IP.

Know the Ticket. Know the rules. Then decide whether you want the place.**
