RAOLAX / FOUNDER PASS
Founder Pass Terms
Pre-launch terms, order schedules and cancellation policy.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Before paid orders open
Paid orders are not currently accepted. This pre-launch page sets out the contract structure and cancellation policy. A complete class and order schedule will identify the exact rights, price, delivery commitments, applicable consents and document versions before any purchase.

Your seller
MUTERRA LTD, company number 17288867. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
Questions, complaints and cancellation requests: support@muterra.com. You may also write to our registered office, identifying MUTERRA LTD and your order.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Seller and contract
Your seller is MUTERRA LTD. Your order confirmation identifies your Pass class, price, delivery commitments and the versions of the Terms, class schedule, Founder Year One schedule, licence and Cancellation Policy accepted for your order. We provide a copy on a durable medium. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes information that legally forms part of your contract.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Free queue and purchase
Joining the free queue does not require payment and does not purchase, reserve or guarantee a specific Ticket or price. A paid order is formed when we send the order acceptance identified in checkout. A payment authorisation or inventory hold alone is not delivery of a Pass. If we cannot accept an order after receiving payment, we return the money without a processing deduction.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Product
Your RAOLAX Ticket is the transferable NFT and Founder position described in your class schedule. Its class does not automatically upgrade. A Bridge Pass is a standing RAOLAX position and includes the separate Council role eligibility described in the Bridge schedule. It does not confer shares or ordinary corporate-management powers. Complimentary Tickets, where expressly included in your order, come from the existing class inventory.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Payment and taxes
Checkout shows the total price, applicable taxes, payment method and disclosed costs before you commit to pay. Only the payment methods offered in that checkout are available for your order. Your confirmation records the amount received and the method used. Any personal tax obligation depends on your circumstances; this does not remove our own tax or invoicing obligations.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Delivery
We will supply the assets and rights listed in your order by their stated delivery dates, using the agreed account or wallet. A cabinet record marked pending is not a completed on-chain transfer. We remain responsible for our agreed supply obligations. If supply is late, fails or differs materially from the description, you may use the remedy and complaint process; mandatory rights remain available.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Structured Founder Drops
The included NFT programme consists of Structured Founder Drops under the purchased class and Year One schedule. Class Weight determines relative scale where used, and Degree access determines applicable asset categories. Drop notices provide implementation detail and cannot remove a purchased commitment. No weighted prize draw, draw claim fee, guaranteed resale value or guaranteed future liquidity is included in this offer.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Genesis
Where the order identifies record #001, #002 or #003, its Genesis schedule specifies the MUTERRA-created NFT package, available trait choices and latest delivery date. The delivery target is within three months of purchase. Record #001 has the additional package content stated in its order. No GBP or MUTA resale valuation is promised.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Priority and influence
Priority applies to specified limited-capacity opportunities under their rules and does not guarantee every opportunity or ordinary game access. Character contribution is selective and does not transfer IP. Founder Council and the Bridge-level Council have the stated creative/world/programme scope; ordinary company administration remains with the company’s authorised officers.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Transfer
Transfer of the Pass transfers the Pass and future holder-based eligibility under the relevant snapshots. It does not transfer NFTs already delivered separately. No past grant or drop is recreated for the buyer. Historical provenance may be preserved. The transfer does not guarantee a resale price, a buyer or marketplace support.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Wallet and licence
You must check the supported network and destination you provide. We show the asset and any disclosed transfer cost before an irreversible transfer. You receive only the licence rights stated with your assets; no shares or underlying MUTERRA IP are transferred merely by owning a Pass. Your wallet responsibility does not exclude remedies for our own error, misdescription or failed supply.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Variation and suspension
We may make necessary technical or legal changes on the objective grounds stated in these Terms, with notice where practicable and the remedy required for an adverse material change. We do not retrospectively erase purchased rights through future programme rules. Fraud, sanctions or security restrictions must be proportionate, recorded and reviewable, with mandatory rights preserved.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Risk and disputes
Digital assets carry technical, wallet, network, liquidity and project-delivery risks. A resale market may not exist. These risks do not remove the seller’s contractual obligations. Contact the support address on your order to make a complaint. The contract uses the agreed England and Wales governing-law clause while preserving any mandatory rights and court access applicable to consumers where they live.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation clause
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, the cancellation period and its starting point are shown in your order confirmation. For applicable distance contracts for services or intangible digital content, this is normally 14 days after the contract is made. You may cancel by the order support form or any clear statement to the contact shown on your order; using our model form is optional. Viewing a pending balance in your cabinet is not by itself a waiver of your rights.
Early supply clause
If a separately identified digital-content element qualifies for early supply, we ask for your express consent before starting it and your acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the cancellation right for that element once supply starts. Ongoing services use a separate early-performance request. The effect of early service performance differs from digital content and is explained before you agree. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered products remain.
Reimbursement clause
Where statutory reimbursement is due, we refund within the applicable legal deadline, normally no later than 14 days after being informed of cancellation for the relevant service or digital-content contract. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not impose a reimbursement fee or automatically deduct our card-processing costs. Any legally permitted charge for services actually supplied following a valid early-performance request is assessed separately and explained.
Discretionary refund clause
Outside mandatory rights, you may ask us to consider a discretionary refund. We explain any offer in writing. No flat 1.5% or 2% deduction applies under this launch policy. This process does not replace statutory rights, failed-payment corrections or remedies for our breach.
Already issued benefits
When a cancellation or remedy requires reversing an order, we identify the affected assets and benefits. We may reverse controlled, undelivered entitlements where lawful and document the correction. We do not claim the ability to retrieve an on-chain asset we do not control or make a mandatory refund conditional on an impossible technical reversal. Benefits from unrelated valid orders are unaffected.
Model cancellation form
To MUTERRA LTD at the contact address shown on the order: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following order/product: ____. Ordered on: ____. Consumer name: ____. Consumer address: ____. Date: ____. Signature only if submitted on paper.
FOUNDER YEAR ONE
What your confirmation will contain
Your confirmation records the seller, order, class, total price and applicable tax, payment reference, delivery deadlines, licence and schedule versions, the exact consents you selected and their times, cancellation route and support contact. It preserves the accepted content, not only links to pages that can change.
A pending cabinet record, payment, supply start, grant and on-chain transfer are separate events. A transfer confirmation does not waive mandatory consumer rights.

Your information
Service messages about your queue entry, application or order are separate from optional marketing. Choosing not to receive marketing does not prevent service communication.
