Founder Rewards
416 Founder positions: 366 priced + 50 earned Crew
The first four defined Founder allocations pair MUTA grants with recurring Structured Founder NFT Drops.
Founder rewards can continue beyond the first four allocations. Each later programme is published before its period begins.
Programme ceilings and planning references, not an amount per Ticket or a promised market value. A Ticket is not a share in MUTERRA or a promise of profit.
FOUNDER ALLOCATIONS
Four cycles. Two parallel reward tracks.
MUTA: Up to 250,000 per cycle assumes a full applicable 1,000,000 MUTA actual Treasury release. Grants are recorded within five calendar days after that actual release.
NFTs: Cycles 01–03 may use up to £50,000 Initial Reference Value each; Cycle 04 may use the remainder of the £200,000 first-year ceiling. Actual allocation may be lower. At least one Drop is planned per cycle under a separate schedule; no NFT is promised to every Ticket.
Window #42: Contract capacity, not automatic minting, a Founder cycle or a guaranteed grant. The final actual MUTA release date and amount cannot be inferred from the window alone.
Two Founder reward tracks
Defined together, delivered under separate eligibility and schedules.
Currently planned in the first-year NFT programme, with up to £200,000 aggregate Initial Reference Value. At least one Drop is planned in each cycle under its own schedule.
NFT quantity is a non-guaranteed production estimate. Initial Reference Value is a planning reference, not market or resale value.
Explore Founder NFT rules →Year One programme notes
The first defined Founder year combines four MUTA allocation cycles and recurring Structured Founder NFT Drops.
Up to 1,000,000 MUTA across four full applicable releases. The ceiling depends on actual release amounts, snapshot eligibility and the published Founder formula; it is not an amount per Ticket.
Structured Founder NFT Drops. At least one drop is planned per defined Founder allocation cycle. Approximately 5,000–6,000 NFTs are currently planned across Year One as a non-guaranteed production estimate that may change with the final asset mix. The Structured Drop programme has up to £200,000 aggregate Initial Reference Value; that is a planning reference, not market or resale value. A scheduled drop does not guarantee an NFT for every Ticket. Each drop states its eligible classes, Degrees, snapshot, allocation method, delivery or claim period and any applicable disclosed network cost.
Four Parts Of The Founder Programme
MUTA allocations
Four defined Year One cycles. Relative grants follow class Weight, snapshot eligibility and the published formula.
Structured NFT Drops
Characters, artefacts, skins, companions and other approved MUTERRA assets.
Founder Priority
Selected limited-capacity events, releases, tasks and Founder activities.
Creative Influence
Opportunities in characters, design, lore, canon and cinematic direction.

MUTA allocations
For each of the first four defined Founder allocations, 25% of the actual applicable MUTA release is allocated to the Founder Pool. A full applicable 1,000,000 MUTA release therefore creates a Founder Pool of up to 250,000 MUTA. Across the first four full releases, the defined programme can allocate up to 1,000,000 MUTA in total.
A holder’s grant depends on the actual release, class MUTA Distribution Weight, snapshot eligibility and the bounded early-participation adjustment. This is a programme ceiling, not an amount for one Ticket. Founder allocations are defined from the MUTA release and Co-Creation allocation, not from later Ticket sales.
Structured Founder NFT Drops
The first-year Founder NFT programme is currently planned with up to £200,000 aggregate Initial Reference Value across Structured Founder NFT Drops. Current production planning indicates approximately 5,000–6,000 NFTs across the year, although the final quantity depends on the mix of characters, artefacts, skins, companions and other approved MUTERRA assets.
Initial Reference Value is MUTERRA’s programme-planning value for an asset at allocation, based on MUTERRA initial sale pricing or comparable MUTERRA asset pricing, category, rarity and utility. It is used to structure the scale of the Founder programme. It is not a guaranteed market value, resale price or investment return.
Class Structured Drop Weight affects relative allocation scale where a published NFT drop uses Weight; Degree access determines eligible asset categories. NFT production and delivery dates are separate from MUTA cycle dates.
Founder Priority
Access to selected limited-capacity events, asset releases, tasks and Founder activities under the rules of each opportunity. Ordinary game access is intended to remain broad. A Pass does not make every later product free or reserved.
Creative Influence
Opportunities to contribute to characters, design, lore, canon and cinematic direction. Founder Council and the separate Council of 13 have defined creative and advisory scopes; neither supplies company shares, bank control or statutory director powers.
416 Founder Positions
366 priced positions + 50 earned Crew Passes. Lifetime RAOLAX Ticket ceiling: 1,000.
The first Founder release contains 416 Founder positions: 366 priced positions and 50 Crew Passes earned through reviewed contribution. The lifetime RAOLAX Ticket ceiling is 1,000, not the number currently offered. Complimentary Tickets use positions within the existing class inventory.
| Class | Tickets in first release | MUTA Distribution Weight | Structured Drop Weight | Founder Drop Degree access |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bridge Seat | 6 | 100 | 100 | 1, 2 and 3 |
| VIP Cabin | 20, including 3 complimentary positions | 30 | 30 | 1, 2 and 3 |
| First Class | 40 | 10 | 10 | 2 and 3 |
| Crew Pass | 50, earned | 5 | 5 | 2 and 3 |
| Regular | 200 | 1 | 1 | 3 |
| Cryo Ticket | 100 | 1 after Awakening | 1 after Awakening | 3 after Awakening |
These are two distinct programme uses of the class scale. MUTA Distribution Weight enters the defined Founder allocation formula. Structured Drop Weight applies only where a published NFT drop uses Weight. Degree controls NFT category access. Weight is neither a fixed MUTA amount, a guaranteed GBP amount, a count of identical NFTs nor a Council vote.
The first three valid, approved Bridge applications in recorded MUTERRA account/queue timestamp order reserve eligibility for one complimentary VIP Ticket each from the existing 20 VIP positions. An approved application alone does not own a VIP Ticket: the VIP is granted only after the corresponding Bridge purchase is completed. If an applicant misses the published purchase-completion window, cancels, or receives a full refund before VIP fulfilment, that reserved eligibility passes to the next qualifying approved Bridge application in recorded queue order. Duplicate or invalid applications create no priority. The final order schedule states the completion window. While three complimentary positions are reserved, 17 VIP positions remain for standalone sale. Each fulfilled VIP is a separate position with its own eligibility at the relevant snapshot.
Bridge selection is by application. Crew is earned, not sold. Cryo’s scheduled participation begins only after the Awakening date stated in its order terms.
Founder Allocations
Four MUTA grant cycles tied to actual Treasury releases #6–#9. Capacity dates are not automatic distribution dates.
The first four defined Founder allocations are tied to the applicable Treasury release tranches. Capacity-window dates are not automatic grant dates.
These four allocations are tied specifically to Treasury release tranches #6–#9. Catch-up tranches #4 and #5 from capacity already accrued on 6 October 2026 are excluded. If several authorised releases occur close together, the totalReleased transition identifies the applicable cycle, not the transaction date alone.
| Founder cycle | Treasury release tranche | Earliest capacity window | On-chain identification |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | #6 | 3 January 2027 | totalReleased 5,000,000 → 6,000,000 MUTA |
| 2 | #7 | 3 April 2027 | totalReleased 6,000,000 → 7,000,000 MUTA |
| 3 | #8 | 2 July 2027 | totalReleased 7,000,000 → 8,000,000 MUTA |
| 4 | #9 | 30 September 2027 | totalReleased 8,000,000 → 9,000,000 MUTA |
Within five calendar days after each applicable actual Treasury release, the Founder grant must be calculated from the recorded release, snapshot and programme formula, then recorded in the Founder programme ledger. That recording starts or records the grant's vesting schedule; it does not send locked MUTA to the holder's wallet or make the grant immediately claimable. A release-capacity window is not an automatic mint, grant or delivery date.
The exact snapshot time for each cycle and the cycles available to a particular Ticket must appear in its order schedule. A later acquisition cannot recreate a completed cycle or drop.
For an eligible Ticket, the Year One MUTA calculation uses a fully diluted denominator of 2,050 before Cryo Awakening and 2,150 afterward. Unsold and inactive positions remain in that denominator but receive no grant; their missed allocations do not accumulate for later buyers. Unused allocation remains in or returns to Co-Creation.
A bounded early-participation adjustment applies to the base MUTA allocation. It remains between 1.00 and 1.25 and decreases as more of the fully diluted eligible Weight becomes active. It applies once and cannot make aggregate grants exceed the Founder Pool. It does not transfer the unused allocations of unsold Tickets to early holders.
Earlier eligibility can also mean participation in more completed cycles and an earlier vesting clock for each grant.
Each Founder MUTA cycle creates an independent grant and vesting schedule. A locked/displayed amount is not delivered wallet MUTA.
Each recorded MUTA grant has its own 12-month cliff, followed by 24 months of continuous linear vesting. Nothing from that grant unlocks during the cliff. A displayed locked amount is not a delivered wallet balance.
Structured Founder Drops
The first-year Founder NFT programme plans at least one Structured Founder NFT Drop in each of the four defined allocation cycles. Additional drops may occur under separately published schedules. This is a minimum programme cadence, not a promise that every Ticket receives an NFT in every drop.
Structured Founder Drops have an aggregate programme ceiling of up to £200,000 Initial Reference Value. Approximately 5,000–6,000 NFTs are currently planned across Year One as a non-guaranteed production estimate; the final quantity may change with asset type, rarity, Degree and reference pricing. Cycles 01–03 may each allocate up to £50,000 Initial Reference Value; Cycle 04 may use the remaining amount within the aggregate Year One £200,000 ceiling, including unused capacity from earlier cycles. Actual allocation may be lower. This is a separate programme from the MUTA Treasury releases.
A drop schedule identifies the collection or asset, eligible classes and Degrees, snapshot, allocation method, delivery or claim period and any disclosed network cost. The applicable schedule implements rights already defined for that order; it cannot silently remove them.
Higher Structured Drop Weight may mean a different mix of quantity, grade and rarity rather than many identical NFTs. No NFT market or resale value is promised.
Genesis Three
Founder Pass records #001, #002 and #003 include a special MUTERRA-created Genesis NFT corresponding to the purchased Pass’s grade and access. The target delivery is within three months after purchase, with the final order schedule stating the package and latest delivery date. These holders may choose from available metadata traits. Record #001 receives the strongest Genesis package, with its additional content identified before payment. Genesis provenance remains in the Founder record.
Genesis Three sits outside the ordinary Year One £200,000 Initial Reference Value budget.
Priority, Creative Work And Councils
Founder priority concerns selected scarce opportunities, not an exclusive right to ordinary gameplay. Each event, release or task must state eligible classes, capacity, any price and its allocation method.
During the first quarter, up to five holders may be selected to contribute to particular character work, such as appearance, personality, background or profession. Selection may consider class, early participation, aggregate holdings and creative suitability. A purchase does not guarantee selection or transfer MUTERRA intellectual property. Agreed contributions may be credited in the character record or metadata.
Founder Council concerns creative and community input. The separate Council of 13 is the Bridge-level framework of 12 Bridge positions and one Founder position for selected world and ecosystem matters. Its scope may include design, lore, canon, cinematic direction, major NFT/world decisions and recommendations on predefined programme priorities where published rules allow. Final authority follows those rules and the company’s legal duties. MUTA or NFT Weight does not determine Council voting power.
Beyond the First Defined Allocations
The first four allocations are the first defined MUTA grant period — not the end of Founder rewards and not the expiry of the RAOLAX Founder Pass.
MUTERRA intends to run subsequent Founder programmes after Year One. Each later period will have its own published allocation, eligibility and schedule before it begins. Those programmes may respond to the scale of the ecosystem, product performance, treasury resources, market conditions and the applicable governance process.
Year One token quantities and Initial Reference Values do not automatically repeat, and no minimum future monetary value is guaranteed.
Founder status and any later NFT, access, event or participation programmes follow their own published rules. No future resale value is promised, and an accepted order’s existing rights cannot be silently rewritten by a later programme.
What Happens When A Pass Moves?
Completed MUTA grants and their vesting schedules stay with the recorded beneficiary. Already delivered NFTs and historical provenance stay with their beneficiary.
Future holder-based eligibility follows the eligible holder at later snapshots; completed cycles and drops are never reissued to the buyer of a transferred Pass. Council role eligibility is assessed under its separate rules. Refunds and corrections follow the applicable cancellation and remedy terms.
