Ticket Weight defines your share of eligible Founder pools.

MUTA DISTRIBUTIONS

RAOLAX is carrying only 1,000 Founder Tickets, but not every passenger occupies the same position aboard. During eligible quarterly MUTA cycles, your Ticket class helps determine your proportional weight inside the Founder/Holder pool.

This is one of the ways MUTERRA recognises the people who are already aboard while the world is still being expanded — before participation becomes broader, the community becomes larger and the distance between the builders and the public becomes much greater.

A quarterly MUTA release may include a Founder/Holder pool. Eligible sold RAOLAX Tickets participate according to the rules published for that cycle, with Ticket Weight used as a core proportional factor.

Holding more than one eligible Ticket adds their weights together. Ten Regular Tickets therefore represent 10×; a Bridge Seat and VIP Cabin together represent 130×.

Ticket Weight is not a fixed amount of MUTA and does not guarantee a particular allocation. It is a relative factor used inside the applicable pool and rules of that cycle.

MUTA operates on a separate quarterly release cycle. A quarterly release may designate part of the available Creators & Community allocation to a Founder/Holder pool, but the project does not have to distribute the entire available allocation in every cycle.

The size of the Founder/Holder pool is determined for that cycle. This allows distributions to follow the actual stage of MUTERRA, the number of active participants and the needs of the ecosystem rather than pretending that every quarter must look identical.

Eligibility is determined by a wallet snapshot. Think of it as a manifest check during the journey: the wallet holding the eligible RAOLAX Ticket at the snapshot is the wallet recognised for that cycle.

Previous ownership does not create a claim after the Ticket has been transferred. If you sell or transfer a Ticket before the relevant snapshot, its current holder generally carries the Ticket Weight into that cycle, subject to the published eligibility rules.

The project intends to execute snapshot and distribution operations within a short operational window where practical, but no permanent one-hour guarantee should be assumed unless it is stated for a specific cycle.

Only sold and eligible Tickets participate. Unsold RAOLAX inventory does not receive MUTA, does not accumulate historic distributions and does not build a balance waiting for a future buyer.

If a Ticket joins the journey later, it begins participating from the eligible cycles available to it then. It does not inherit distributions from the time when nobody occupied that place.

This matters because the finite 1,000-Ticket supply does not create an artificial reward claim for inventory still held by the project.

MUTERRA is not being presented as an idea waiting for funding. The game and world have already been in development for almost four years, with substantial founder capital already committed. The current stage is the first public ecosystem expansion: more holders, creators, promoters and players are being brought into a system that already exists.

At this stage, every useful participant and every unit of new production funding can have a greater effect than it can after mass adoption. The Founder system is therefore designed to recognise early participation more strongly than a mature, widely distributed ecosystem is expected to do.

That does not mean a fixed amount, fixed return or guaranteed future value. It means the relative opportunity available to the first holders is intentionally different from the one expected after the ship is full and MUTERRA has opened to a much larger population.

Later participants may still earn MUTA, create assets, play, contribute and hold future products. What they cannot do is go back in time and participate in Founder cycles that have already passed.

Cryo is a 1× Founder Ticket with delayed activation of regular scheduled benefits. Its normal Founder MUTA participation begins after its scheduled awakening in Q3 2027.

Nothing accumulates behind the glass while the passenger sleeps. Cryo does not receive a retroactive catch-up for regular MUTA cycles missed before awakening.

Cryo may still be eligible for selected random RAOLAX Events, metadata-triggered events, lotteries and surprise rewards before awakening where the rules of that event allow it. But those events are separate from the recurring quarterly Founder programme.

Founder MUTA allocations are currently expected to be delivered through vesting grants. A grant can include a cliff and a gradual unlock period rather than making the full allocation immediately transferable.

Vesting terms can vary by programme and grant size. Larger grants may use longer schedules. The applicable terms should therefore be read for the specific distribution rather than inferred from a previous one.

This structure is part of MUTERRA’s long-term approach: the project is being built around a game, cinematic world and operating ecosystem rather than around a single short market cycle.

Quarterly MUTA distributions are only one RAOLAX benefit system. Founder NFT Drops follow their own production schedule. Weighted Draws use separate probability mechanics. Metadata can activate RAOLAX Events. Selected assets, tasks, events and releases can have their own priority rules.

Your Ticket is therefore not a quarterly MUTA coupon. It is a long-term Founder position whose different systems can activate at different moments during the journey.

Ticket Weight helps determine proportional participation where a Founder MUTA pool uses the RAOLAX weight system. It does not represent company equity, a guaranteed financial return, a fixed yield, a guaranteed market price or a promise that every quarterly release will allocate the same amount to Ticket holders.

Pool size, eligibility filters, vesting and other cycle-specific rules can change as MUTERRA develops. The exact rules applicable to a distribution should be published for that cycle.

The first passengers are boarding while MUTERRA is still close enough for an individual holder, creator or contributor to matter visibly. Over time, the ship moves on: cycles close, distributions happen, assets are created and the community grows.

You can join MUTERRA later. You cannot participate later in a quarterly Founder cycle whose manifest has already been closed.

That is the practical meaning of being early here: not a promise about tomorrow, but access to a stage of the journey that cannot be replayed.
