FOUNDER NFT DROPS

RAOLAX is not travelling empty. As MUTERRA expands, new characters, artefacts, skins, spaces and other digital assets are created for the game and cinematic universe. Selected collections pass through the Founder layer before they reach the wider public.

Your RAOLAX Ticket determines how close you stand to that process. Ticket class controls which Founder Drop Degrees you can enter, while Ticket Weight helps determine the depth and value of your allocation where weight is used.

This is not a promise that every new MUTERRA asset will be given away. It is a permanent Founder mechanism designed to give the first passengers structured priority around selected new assets as the world grows.

Founder NFT Drops are independent from quarterly MUTA distributions and follow the production schedule of the assets themselves.

Degree 2 — Bridge + VIP + First Class + Crew

Degree 3 — Bridge + VIP + First Class + Crew + Regular

A higher class can participate in more Drop Degrees and carries greater Ticket Weight. But 30× or 100× does not mean receiving 30 or 100 identical copies of every NFT. Allocation can differ through tier, scarcity, utility, desirability, quantity and collection-specific rules.

Founder Drops begin with the product, not with the sale. A new MUTERRA character, artefact, skin, location-related asset, collectible or cinematic asset is created because it belongs to the game, story or wider ecosystem.

Not every collection must use every step, and schedules are not tied to the quarterly MUTA calendar. Drops happen when relevant assets and collections are ready.

Degree access separates the Founder layer into three levels.

DEGREE 1

Bridge Seat · VIP Cabin

The narrowest Founder layer. Degree 1 is reserved for the highest passenger classes and can contain the most restricted Founder allocations.

DEGREE 2

Bridge Seat · VIP Cabin · First Class · Crew

A broader Founder layer that includes First Class passengers and Crew members who earned their place through useful contribution.

DEGREE 3

Bridge Seat · VIP Cabin · First Class · Crew · Regular

The broad Founder layer. Regular passengers participate here from the beginning; Cryo joins after scheduled awakening.

A Bridge or VIP holder does not lose access to lower Degrees. Higher classes can enter all Degrees available below them as well.

Ticket Weight is a core allocation factor, but it is not a literal NFT multiplier.

A higher-weight Ticket may receive more assets, higher-tier assets, scarcer assets, assets with greater utility, a mixed package, or another allocation structure defined for that collection.

The purpose is to make the total Founder allocation meaningfully different between classes without reducing every collection to “100 copies versus 1 copy.”

Allocation value can take into account:

— NFT tier;

— initial or reference value;

— scarcity;

— utility;

— desirability and aesthetic value;

— quantity;

— collection-specific rules.

MUTERRA uses a letter-based NFT tier system:

Additional tiers such as SS may be introduced later if the ecosystem needs them, but they are not part of the current core system.

Tier is an important signal, but it is not the only thing that can make an asset valuable or desirable inside MUTERRA. Utility, scarcity, visual appeal, provenance and the rules of a particular collection can all matter.

Founder Drops can draw from the expanding MUTERRA asset layer. Depending on the collection, this can include characters, skins, artefacts and other game, cinematic or world assets.

Some assets may be permanent. Others may be consumable. Some may later support explicit in-game rental mechanics. Founder Drop NFTs can generally be transferred or sold, subject to the rules and utility of the asset itself.

The important distinction is that the NFT is not created merely to decorate a Founder wallet. It represents an asset intended to exist somewhere inside the MUTERRA game, cinematic IP, ownership layer or surrounding ecosystem.

Scheduled Founder Drops and Weighted Draws are separate mechanics.

A Founder Drop uses Degree eligibility and collection allocation rules to distribute or reserve assets for eligible Founder classes.

A Weighted Draw is probabilistic. Every eligible Ticket contributes entries according to Ticket Weight, which means even a Regular Ticket can win a top-tier asset while a Bridge Seat has a much greater statistical chance.

Keeping these systems separate matters: your class gives you structured Founder access, while draws preserve the possibility of surprise across the ship.

Cryo is the delayed Founder route. Before awakening, it does not participate in the normal recurring Founder Drop programme and does not accumulate missed scheduled allocations.

After awakening in Q3 2027, Cryo enters Degree 3 with 1× Ticket Weight. There is no catch-up package for Drops that passed while the passenger was asleep.

Cryo can still appear in selected random RAOLAX Events, metadata-triggered events, lotteries and surprise mechanics before awakening where the specific rules allow it.

This is why Cryo costs less: the passenger keeps a place aboard, but deliberately sleeps through part of the Founder journey.

Founder Drop Degree and Ticket Weight are not the only ways an asset can reach a holder.

Every RAOLAX Ticket has unique metadata: deck, sector, cabin, side of ship, room type, family status, proximity to facilities, role or profession tags and other attributes can be recorded on the Ticket.

A story-driven RAOLAX Event may use those attributes instead of class. The ship may cross a particular sector, celebrate an anniversary, trigger an emergency, open an event for family cabins or reward passengers on a specific deck.

That means a Regular or sleeping Cryo Ticket can sometimes become unusually relevant simply because of where — or what — it is aboard RAOLAX.

The Founder layer exists because early participation happens while MUTERRA is still expanding its production, community and ownership systems.

The project has already been under active development for almost four years and has been substantially founder-funded. New capital and useful contribution now help pay developers, artists, creators and the production of the next parts of the world.

So the earliest holders are not being invited after a mature ecosystem has already been built around millions of users. They are entering while their support can still materially affect what gets made next.

Founder access is one way the system recognises that difference.

Later users may buy future assets and participate in future releases. They cannot retroactively enter a Founder Drop that has already left the cargo bay.

Founder Drop NFTs can generally be transferred or sold. Where a future asset supports rental, rental is intended to operate through explicit in-game mechanics rather than as a universal right attached to every NFT.

Permanent and consumable assets can coexist. The utility and transfer rules of each collection should therefore be read with that collection rather than assumed from another NFT.

Founder access does not guarantee that every collection will contain a particular tier, that every eligible holder will receive the same asset, that a specific NFT will have a particular market value, or that every future MUTERRA asset will be distributed through the Founder system.

Drop timing follows production. Degree, allocation structure, supply, eligibility and claim mechanics can differ by collection and should be published with the relevant Drop.

The point of Founder Drops is not to fill a wallet once at launch. MUTERRA is intended to keep producing characters, artefacts, skins, spaces and other assets as the game and cinematic universe expands.

RAOLAX Ticket is designed to remain the flagship Founder asset across that long journey. Different collections will come and go. Different doors will open. The original 1,000 Tickets remain the same finite Founder layer standing closest to those doors.
