Crew is not awarded because a submission looks expensive, took a long time or came from somebody with a large following.
Quality, usefulness, difficulty, impact, originality and timing.
Technical complexity, audience reached and how much the result moves MUTERRA forward can all matter. Timing can be part of value because the project is still being shaped.
One accepted task does not equal one Crew Pass.
A contribution can earn provenance, public credit, MUTA, assets, access or another published reward without becoming Crew. There is no automatic points-to-Crew formula.

You can leave a trace before you become Crew.
Accepted work can preserve what you made, who made it and when it entered MUTERRA. A Ticket makes your place formal; it is not required for contribution provenance.

Authorship, provenance, reward, IP rights, Crew status and digital-asset ownership are separate. Commercial work or IP transfer requires the relevant agreement.
